THANK YOU TO OUR MANY VOLUNTEERS!!

 

"Many hands make light work."

Did you know that it takes many more than 1000 hours of volunteer service to put on a concert?  Hinesburg Artist Series concerts are made possible through the generosity of donors and extraordinary volunteer efforts.  Please join us!  Whether you have one hour to give or twenty, there are many ways that you can help - and we have fun, too!

 

Below are areas we could use your help!   Or have you got other ideas?  We'd love to hear from you:

 

General

  • Assist Advertising Manager with recruiting new advertisers and contacting current advertisers for renewals or with clerical support
  • Assist with Chorus and Band Music Library
  • Assist with web site maintenance.
  • Help with fundraising events or identify funding sources, grant opportunities and/or corporate sponsors.

 

Publicity

  • Help out with publicity, write articles, contact the media etc.
  • Help with graphic design for ads or posters.

 

Concert Support

  • Provide food for concert rehearsals and events.
  • Help set up and take down equipment before and after concerts.
  • Help count and record donations after concerts.
